Refunds & Returns

Before use, please examine your item(s) carefully for any inaccuracies and manufacturer defects. You must notify us in writing (via email) within three (3) days if there are any problems.

Please note, you are not entitled to any refund or replacement just because any packaging is damaged in transit. The packaging exists to protect the item(s) themselves.

We will offer a full refund, replacement or repair for any faulty item(s). All returned items must have been taken care of and you must not have damaged the items by using them in a way they were not meant to be used. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Please include all purchase information and clearly describe why you believe the item is faulty and provide any photographic evidence if applicable. Also state whether you would like a replacement or a full refund.

PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR ITEM(S) UNTIL YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH ALL OF THE NECESSARY DETAILS AND WE HAVE AUTHORISED A RETURN, AS WE MAY BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THE FAULT.

Following our authorisation for you to return the item(s), you will need to print out and include all purchase information along with the item(s) being returned, ensuring all accessories (such as power cords and batteries) supplied at the time of original purchase are included. If you do not include all of this, it will cause a substantial delay in processing any refund, replacement or repair.

You will need to return the item(s) to the address provided on your invoice. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of returns unless we shipped you the wrong item(s). All returns are the responsibility of the customer, therefore please protect yourself against lost packages by sending your return insured.

Certain item(s) may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment. Item(s) assessed as having a minor fault will be repaired by the manufacturer and returned to you within a reasonable time. We will offer a refund or replacement if the item(s) is assessed as having a major failure.

If you have requested a refund, please allow at least 10 working days (following confirmation of processing) for your credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will only be issued to the card used to purchase the item(s). Please note, we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.

Please note, any products offered with a ‘money back guarantee’ will not include a refund of any shipping costs associated with your order. ┬áPlease also note that the ‘money back guarantee’ time periods will be calculated based on purchase date (not when the item is received) and the receipt of a ‘money back guarantee’ request to our ‘returns’ email.
